On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (Part L)

We are looking to recruit a person with an interest in the sustainability area and a strong motivation to learn. As a OCDEA you will be responsible for a wide range of sustainability and Building Regulations assessments in the built environment. This will primarily involve assessing new build dwellings in SAP software. The successful candidate will be also be responsible for managing photographic evidence for Part L requirements. This junior role will eventually transform into an energy assessor role, leading to excellent career prospects with knowledge in professional software packages.
