DECs - Display Energy Certificates
From October 2008 all public buildings over 1,000 square metres will require a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) to be displayed in a prominent position and an Advisory Report which lists cost effective measures to improve the energy rating of the building.
DECs are required an an annual basis.
Advisory Reports are required every 7 years.
